Description: VCTS operator shall have in-depth knowledge of convoy operations, un-stabilized gunnery, Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) route clearance operations, Combat Engineer CATS standards, digital/voice calls for fire, Objective T performance standards, and applicable Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP). The Contractor Shall maintain up-to-date knowledge based on current army doctrine and standards related to this paragraph.
Use current tactical doctrine to organized computer-generated forces (CGF), plan offensive or defensive operations, and as required provide command and control of semi-automated forces and other military aspects of the training scenario. Verbally brief, instruct and demonstrate simulations equipment and safety protocol to customer base. Ability to use specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop, integrate, instruct and animate scenario execution for After Action Reviews (AAR). Implement quality control and perform structured maintenance inspections as required.
SECRET Clearance is required.
-Candidate must be qualified Combat Engineer (12B MOS)
-NCO Advanced Leaders Course (ALC) / Maneuver -Captain’s Career Course (MCCC or MC3)
-Leadership role as a Platoon Sergeant or Platoon Leader is required
-Route Reconnaissance and Clearance Leadership Course (R2C2-L)
-Route Reconnaissance and Clearance Operator’s Course (R2C2-O)
-Experience on route clearance equipment/vehicles (Buffalo, Huskey, Panther, RG-31, Talon and VOSS)
-Must be a Graduate of a US Army Combined Arms Staff Service School (CAS3), Officer or Warrant Officer Advanced Course, Primary or Advanced leaders Non-commissioned Officers Course, in which the curriculum involved tactical operations of platoon level or higher.
-5 years training/instructing experience
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Must have or be able to obtain SECRET security clearance
-Must be able to climb stairs, lift up to 35 lbs. on a daily basis
-Must be available to travel domestically and internationally for training support
-Must be able to work in extreme cold and heat conditions
-Must be able to support various locations for various lengths of training support
-Preferred Graduate of accredited college/university with a Bachelors Degree
-Develop mounted maneuver scenarios
-Lead After Action Reviews
-Warfighter/atmp experience desired
