Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions, LLC (ChESS) LLC is seeking a General Clerk III to provide support for a Visual Information Services contract located in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilizes subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence under the direction of the Program Manager.
Responsible for a variety of administrative matters:

Maintains a wide variety financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically).
Verifies statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
Complies information for reporting and maintenance of records.
Assists in travel arrangements; assist in processing of work orders.
Assist in purchasing and shipping/receiving/inventory.
Communicates with contract team on all aspects of daily operations under the direction of the Program Manager.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

High School Graduate with emphasis in accounting and business.
Three years of clerical experience in an administrative environment.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Experience in electronic records management.
Experience in customer service.
Experience with use of office machines- printers, labeling, and copiers.
Speak, read, and write English fluently.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

Associates Degree in administration or related field.
Five years of clerical experience in business administration.
Clerical experience working in a purchasing office environment.
Prior military experience in an administrative occupation.
Prior experience working on a government services contract.
Active secret security clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to organize inventory and the accountability for all materials
Ability to process sensitive data information and prepare appropriate project schedule.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
