The SVP Cyber works across functions to develop and execute Jacobs Cyber strategy and plans supporting the company's heightened focus on innovation. Reporting to the President of the (ATN) Aerospace, Technology & Nuclear line of business this individual proactively leads 500 employees and $250M of growing and profitable revenue.
This position will be instrumental in establishing a cyber vision, with a focus on creating revenue-generating client solutions, leveraging cyber technology, and innovation and will be a trusted advisor regarding company strategy and thought leadership.
Key responsibilities include
Lead the Cyber portfolio and set the strategic and operating plan for the Cyber business.
Advise executive leadership on enterprise wide Cyber growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, enhanced margins, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership.
Perform financial management with profit and loss responsibility for the Business Area, with the responsibility to meet or exceed financial targets.
Drive growth - in collaboration with the Sector and Division resources; must deliver a strong book-to-bill, re-compete wins, and YoY new business growth.
Ensure alignment with Sector, Division and Company strategy and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business, or related discipline. Master's Degree preferred
15 years of progressive industry experience in growing and operating programs and businesses in high end IT solutions, services
TS SCI Clearance required. This position must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance at the appropriate level for the position.
Relationships in federal cyber programs, including Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies
Deep understanding of how cyber strategy and solutions fit into an organization's holistic customer experience; ability to see the bigger picture, influence and execute accordingly
Ability to identify the enabling technologies and business capabilities required to develop them to further the enterprises cyber growth and innovation
Business influencer, and exceptional leadership skills, strong motivator, clear communication and clear focus in achieving goals, ability to communicate with and align senior stakeholders against a common goal
Leverage quality cyber security insights as a thought leader across the industry and demonstrate outstanding cyber security expertise to customers, partners and industry peers
Acumen on direct and indirect cost control, federal regulations, cost accounting, pricing, competitive analysis
Experience in systems integration, product sales, software development, solutions design, and sales
Recognized expert and leader in the marketplace with extensive knowledge of the Cyber Security mission
Experience driving organic and new business growth, including serving as the lead executive on large-scale (>$200M) new business pursuits
Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations
Top line revenue growth experience of $200M
Demonstrated expertise in top and bottom line growth
History of wins over $100M
Rigorous operational practices with history of achieving plans
Previously been involved in M&A and post-close integration
Long-standing working relationships with federal Cyber programs and related agencies
Superior communications both written and spoken

Experience in developing strategic plans at the enterprise, horizontal and vertical levels
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant corporate and government regulations and standards
Experience serving the federal and commercial Cyber markets
This position will require travel on an as needed basis and may be up to 50% of the time.
