) is rapidly growing in Oklahoma and is seeking an Experienced / Lead Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) specialist to support our Oklahoma City Programs. Oklahoma City supports the modernization of America’s bomber and command and control aircraft, international command and control aircraft, as well as a variety of aircraft operated in support of Heads of State. These are some of the most strategically important aircraft our nation operates and you can join this fast paced team. In this role, you may be called upon to support any of the programs and will be assigned to one of four Integrated Planning and Scheduling Managers for the site. Responsibilities: Leads the development and maintenance of plans and schedules for very complex projects and programs. Leads studies and scenario plans that develop new capabilities for existing product lines Conducts high-level analysis of schedules to identify challenges and guides stakeholders through the process to develop mitigation actions Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints. Supports program planners during the development of new campaign plans and schedule proposals Integrates schedules for Systems Engineering, Air Vehicle, Mission Systems, Procurement, Suppliers, et al to support corporate campaigns that enhance our end users’ combat or communications capabilities Advocates for scheduling best practices throughout the local business team at all levels up to and including senior executives Coaches and/or mentors lower level employees Partners with fellow schedulers on methods to improve our team’s performance Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools. Work Shift: Day shift This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Basic Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, or other project management tools. Experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements. Experience with program scheduling Experience utilizing integrated master tools: (ie.
Cost, Schedule and Reporting) Experience in project planning Project lead experience to include planning and scheduling of tasks Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience within integrated planning and scheduling and encompassing the skills listed above.
