Facilitate monthly Records Management evaluations, surveys or studies to measure the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the ORP within AHS;
Provide after action plans including guidance, and technical analysis while conducting required;
Triennial evaluations of all divisions/branches and offices within AHS, and provide corrective action plans;
Provide progress reports of the Records Management to the Facilities GPM;
Review all newly established Installation office symbols, obtain GPM approval, and update informal and formal Army Office Symbol databases;
Provide summary report on all printing requests;
Provide reports of all ordered publications and forms;
Provide Quality Control (QC) analysis;
Provide report financial business processes;
Provide recommendations and program efficiencies;
Provide cost and data reports;
Provide projected budget report; and
Populate and maintain AHS Administrative Services information.

This position may require a significant amount of travel.
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a qualified candidate to provide records management guidance, training, and technical support to Arlington Hall Station Records Management Coordinators, Action Officers, and newly assigned personnel to the Installation.
This individual shall be assigned the following tasks:
Facilitate Records Management training to the Arlington Hall Station personnel monthly or as deemed necessary by the Government Program Manager (GPM) and provide quarterly updates;
Facilitate monthly Records Management evaluations, surveys or studies to measure the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the ORP within AHS;
